Lead Audio Engineer (“Front of House” Engineer)
Victory Life Church is looking for a ministry focused, Christ-centered Lead Audio Engineer who can facilitate all things sound and audio for weekend services. 10-15 hours a week.

Here’s some of the things we’re looking for:
Experience in production and running sound
Not required, but a bonus if possessing a musical background, with an added benefit of having experience with multi-track audio recording or professional audio systems installation.
Facilitate audio for weekend services and any other events.
Ability to set and maintain an excellent standard of mix.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Personal initiative and resourcefulness; ability to act and resolve needs independently.
Able to deliver excellence with limited management direction.
