Women's ministry

Bible Studies, retreats, events, and monthly get-togethers are just some of the ways women at Victory Life Church come together to bond with each other and to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The women of VLC participate in four events throughout the year. In the Spring its the “Swap Till You Drop” event, the Women’s Luncheon is held every June, women retreat away from their families in September for two nights, and in December it the new annual Christmas Cookie Exchange. Each event draws women closer to each other and to the Lord, as well as bringing lots of laughter and tears. Women meet at the church for Bible study on the second and fourth Mondays nights of each month. These studies have been written by well-known Christian authors such as Beth Moore, Anne Graham Lotz, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer. I Saw The Lord, The Patriarchs, Annointed, Transformed, Redeemed, James, and Children of the Day are just a few of the many studies that have been presented at the church over the past years. Every Sunday morning a Women’s Bible study is held at 9:00 a.m. in one of the church classrooms. Small prayer groups and outreach ministries are ongoing in the lives of the women at VLC. Because many of the women have hearts of service, they will be found serving in many other ministries offered at the church. The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is to provide opportunities for women of all ages to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and each other through fellowship, discipleship, and ministry.
